Gal Baat - June

Gal Baat (chit-chat) is our monthly social event. We do a range of activities, games and talks, so it’s the perfect chance to try something new and connect with others. A vegetarian lunch is provided!

We’ll begin with an activity about your journey - your story of moving to England. After that, there will be an informative talk about how to keep your gut healthy. Then we will enjoy a lunch together.

To take part, please bring an item that holds a memory for you about "home" or your journey from your home country to England.. This could be anything, it just needs to remind you of that time in your life. For example:

• A photo of your family, your home, or a place you left behind

• A piece of clothing

• A gift from your parents or grandparents
