Gao Aur Banao - Art

Gao Aur Banao is our Music & Making programme!

With alternating music and art sessions, Gao Aur Banao gives you the chance to express yourself through nostalgic singing, learn new art skills and enjoy creating alongside others.

You don’t need any previous experience. People living with dementia, memory difficulties and other support needs are welcome.

Tea and refreshments will be available, but please note that lunch is not provided. You are welcome to bring lunch with you, and there is a café in the building.
